–Whale Whale Whale is one of my favorite memes ever. I can’t help it. The first time I saw it, my husband had sent it to me and I couldn’t stop laughing. It makes me smile every time!
–I told you guys last week I get on a food kick, and right now it is peaches. I have been snacking on peaches like crazy business. I can’t eat a peach without singing the peaches song though!!!! Please tell me you know the song!!! (I am not talking about Peaches and Cream by 112, as good of a song as that is.) I am speaking of Presidents of the USA Peaches.

–Speaking of Peaches and Cream by 112, I was senior in high school when that song came out. I had no clue what it meant and sang those lyrics loud and proud all the time. It is crazy to look back on songs that I used to sing along to when I was younger and had no clue the meanings. Just a young, naive Nadine. What did my parents think? Probably that I was an idiot. Ignorance is bliss.
–It made me feel really good last week when I admitted that I had to Google what turn down for what meant…and all of you had no clue either!
–I was getting dressed Monday morning and i thought to myself, this outfit would look so cute with my nude Michael Korrs wedges! I put them on and looked in the bathroom mirror. These wedges are like 4 or 5 inches tall. I said to myself out loud, of course, “Nadine who are you kidding…these shoes are going to have you cursing yourself in about an hour…go get the fancy flip flops and stop pretending you care.” I listened to myself, thank God.
–I am way to exciting and impatient every week for Pretty Little Liars. Why must I like that show?!?! It is absolutely ridiculous and we never get any damn answers!!!

I loved that song and had no clue what I was singing either! Also I wear heels to work but I carry flat work shoes with me constantly because I dont have the patience to be walking around in 5 inch heels all day.
“I’ll Make Love to You” by Boyz II Men was one of my favorite songs in 4th grade and now I am like “ummmm WHO let me listen to that?” Like I mean I knew what it meant then but it’s just a very descriptive song for a 10 year old. So now I will get that stuck in my head rather than your Peaches song!

Good call on the flats, you can never go wrong there. Every time I eat a peach, I think of the Allman Brothers album, Eat a Peach. And that whale meme? Probably my absolute favorite one!
The whale, whale, whale thing always gets me lol. There are SO many songs that I used to sing along to when I was younger that I had no idea what they meant & look back now thinking “boy bands are DIIIRTY!” I have been craving peach cobbler. I might have to make some next week.
I dread the day Little K starts singing song she doesn’t understand, I remember doing it too. Our parents must have been horrified at times. Ha!

Oh, it’s even worse when I hear my 7 year old singing a popular song from the radio.. and I’m like, “no no no, honey, don’t sing that song.” And I can’t explain why. **SIGHS** Thank goodness they make Kids Bop.. and I can’t believe I became one of those parents. **DOUBLE SIGHS**

I have some work heels in a drawer in my desk but I can’t remember the last time I wore them. I just wear flats every day!
I have basically gotten rid of pretty much any proper heel. I still have some wedges.

bahaha I have never seen that meme but now I am cracking up! I am on the same kick! I had a peach for the first time this year the other week and I was like “where have you been peaches?!” I also use to sing that song all the time in like elementary school. psh so naive!
Hey Nadine!! OMG I LOVE whales too!! Honestly they are so freakin adorable!! And it is SO true about understanding lyrics when you get older. Half of the Madonna songs I used to sing to when I was like 5 and on now take on a whole new meaning lolol!! So so true!!! And I always end up switching to flats when I wear wedges, although I love me a good pair of wedges haha!! And the drop it like its hot e-card made me BURST out laughing. Love them all (as always) lolol!!

I totally remember the peaches song and now it will be stuck in my head all day! Haha! Love the part about the shoes. I have racks of heels but I tend to wear flats everyday. If my feet are sore I can’t workout.
