–I am writing this post Tuesday morning and we have a severe weather threat here in Alabama tonight. They upgraded us from a slight risk to an enhanced risk. I assure you that this is not an upgrade to be happy about. So I started reading the Alabama Weather Blog and for tomorrow we are going to be dropping temps through the 40’s and there is a chance for snow flurries tomorrow night. I thought I was the only one who has sliced their finger when opening the coffee creamer. Hurts like heck! I totally go crazy when it is raining on my commute to work. I know no matter what time I leave, I will be late for work. People so cannot drive in the rain. I would rather drive in the snow than the rain.
I am so lazy with my hair that it never looks the same compared to after a haircut. They are magicians with the round brushes, I just don’t have the patience for that.

I cannot stand driving anywhere anytime it rains. It’s like everyone has a complete meltdown the second it starts precipitating. If it’s heavy raining and visibility is bad, sure. But you can drive your car in the rain, I promise. And I’m with you on the shoulder-drivers too. I always have that same thought too—why are you more special than the rest of us that you don’t have to wait?

We get some of the worst drivers here in Los Angeles. We all got stopped on the freeway one day because of a huge accident and people were turning their cars around and going in between cars to find a way off, using the shoulder to get ahead of everyone, and some people just got out of their cars completely and walked off the freeway. Who does that?! Commuting is the worst.

My ex is one of those ahole drivers who drives in the emergency lane to the exit. I hated it so much and would just hang my head when I was in the passenger seat to try to avoid the evil stares from other drivers. I’ve been meaning to paint my nails for a week but haven’t for the same reason! And that gchat e-card is on point! I hope the weather gets better in your area!

I love Fixer Upper too! Everyone talks about Chip & Joanna and I had sort of watched episodes in the past, but whenever I turn on HGTV lately it’s either a marathon of Fixer Upper or Love it or List it so now that I’ve actually paid more attention, I totally love those two!

I have a big vehicle so if at all possible I try to take up both lanes on the on ramp if I think someone is trying to get by… and I laugh. We have been having crazy weather too, sunshine rain and wind today. Getting colder now! I am obsessed with learning how to do beach waves and I can’t do it. RAGE!!!!
I absolutely hate it when it rains in Houston because everybody ends up driving like a moron! It’s so frustrating! My commute increased by like 20 minutes because of sprinkling! I’m totally in love with Chip and Joanna Gaines too! I really want to drive to Waco just to visit their store, because that’s the only reason to visit Waco, definitely not for Baylor lol

I’ve totally embraced public transportation since I moved here. One, because I read instead of drive. Two, because I don’t have to deal with traffic. Three, because I don’t have to deal with asshole drivers and bad weather days. I can’t do my own nails. I’ve tried. So, it is one of the few little luxuries I give myself – I get my nails and toes done every couple of weeks.
I love fixer upper, I did not know they were on Netflix so I will be watching that after I finish Full House. Basically anytime I get in the car I chant I hate people a bajillion times. I’ve also been known to be half way in the shoulder lane to prevent ass holes from pissing me off.
I’m the same way with hair, no matter how many “fancy” ie. expensive as shit, hair products I buy, how long I take blow drying, or how many you tube videos I watch, the only look I can achieve is “limp and straight” sigh. Can I please have Kate Middleton’s stylist come over every morning? She can feel free to do my make up too.
