Some thoughts for this Thursday

–I posted a book review late yesterday, as if you didn’t add enough to your to-read list already this week!
–I went to the dermatologist yesterday for my face. You guys, why did I wait so long??? They gave me an injection for one of my trouble spots and I woke up this morning to it being 75% gone! They also gave me some prescriptions for topical solutions to try and told me there was no reason to spend lots of money on face wash since you are just washing it down the drain anyways. I have heard that before, but it clicks when a professional tells you, you know?

Wow thanks for blowing my 30-year-old mind by telling me that Clueless is 20! Did your derm give you any face wash recommendations? I can’t believe I’m still breaking out at this age so maybe a trip to my doc is in order, too! Happy Thursday!

I want to go to a dermatologist soo badly, but it would cost me about $200 just for the office visit! That’s awesome that whatever they gave you is working!
That Clueless 20 year old fact just made me feel SUPER old. Also, at what freaking point are they going to invent that closet with the computer. I’ve been waiting two decades! WHATEVER!
I’ve never been to a derm. LOL, I have been to an allergist though and that helped with the majority of my skin problems. I hardly ever use a face was, but I do use Clinque’s 7 Day Scrub when my face gets dry or flaky, it works wonders!
Happy almost weekend. How saw that “photo album” is one of the items for a 90’s bedroom! As if! (yeah I just went there….)
That is exactly why my face wash is under $6.
Shockingly, my bedroom was only 32 out of 75! I recognized everything, but I just didn’t own it. I think I also attribute that to my mom not letting me put things on the walls/ceilings – no posters or glow stars in my house!
It so worth it seeing a dermatologist or skin specialist. Hope it helps and you see a big improvement! I’m so ready to do the Friday dance already!

Ok, I was an 80’s girl so I only got 16/75 because in the 90’s I had a house of my own and my husband wouldn’t let me put glow stars on the ceiling or use Spice Girl deodorant (I actually smelled it and it did stink) ha ha! But you can bet I wore my rainbow toe socks and listened to my mixed tapes from high school and college! I think I have watched Clueless 23 times!!! Happy Thursday!!

Gonna go read your guest post! I’m glad the dermatologist doesn’t think expensive face wash is better because the only time I ever would’ve had remotely expensive face wash was when my mom was buying it. Cheapo over here!

I don’t think I had the typical 90s bedroom, my high school one stands out more in my head but I’ll definitely check it out. And OMG Clueless is 20, I think I’ll need to watch it this weekend! I so wanted a white jeep just like Cher!
For me, the derm just basically had me get with my Gyn for birth control which I could have saved money and time on doing two months earlier when I saw her, but oh well! Glad you got something that worked for you!! Face problems are the worst! IDK what happened…I think this is my second comment and I have multiple windows open. My apologies, it’s Friday morning, lol!
I have that exact Magic Eye book from the 90’s quiz to this day. I keep waiting for K to be old enough to use it.
