One of my favorite dips to make for a party or game day is spinach and artichoke dip!!! I love to serve them with Stacy Pita Chips or tortilla chips. Crackers work too! This recipe is super easy, and if you are impatient like me…you can start enjoying it right away and snack while it cooks more and more in the crock pot.
What You Need
1 ten ounce package of frozen spinach
1 and 1/2 10 ounce packages of froze artichokes
1 eight ounce package of cream cheese
(I like to add a few more ounces of cream cheese if I have more than one package on hand)
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
What You Do
- Bring spinach and artichokes to boil with one cup of water. I do this until everything is soft and falling apart. Drain in a strainer and make sure all the large pieces are cut up if they didn’t fall apart while you boiled them.
- Heat cream cheese in the microwave for one minute to get it hot enough to be able to mix.
- Mix all ingredients in a crock pot and keep on low. You can go ahead and have a few bites now, or serve it whenever you are ready!

You’re a little better than me. I grab a packet of Knorr vegetable soup mix and use the recipe on the back.
I NEED this in my life!! I’m thinking I’ll make this for the game this weekend, I just got a HUGE bag of tortilla chip at Sam’s so we will be all set!! YUM!!! Mmmmm warm, I can taste the flavors now!
Yum! I’m all about chips and dips when it comes to football, and this sounds exceptionally delicious! Plus I love all of the extra cheese it has too!
I freaking love this dip. I’ve never seen a recipe for it (and I’ve never searched). I’m totally making this for our Halloween Party!
Chips and dips are my favorite food — except for tacos of course! I’m thinking sheffy would love to dip his “cheeps” into this.
I LOVE dips haha. I’ve never made this one, but am definitely going to pin it. Sounding crazy here- but can you sub greek yogurt for the cream cheese to lighten it up? Since I sit around and just eat dip all day any chance to make it a little healthier 😉 hahaha
Crock pot cooking is my favorite, but I’ve never tried to make a dip in it. What a great idea.
I feel like this dip is always a crowd favorite! Love that you can just keep it warm in a crock pot.
I love spinach dip and can eat it in obscene quantities
I think I could eat spinach and artichoke dip by the spoonfuls lol. I love that you made this in a crock pot! Beautifully Candid
